🆕 How to get your Rothco V2 API Token? (Required — New)
âš  Important: We have upgraded to the Rothco V2 API. The old API Key is no longer used. You must enter your V2 API Token (Bearer Token) in Settings to continue syncing products.

Step 1: If you do not have a Rothco dealer account, register at:

https://www.rothco.com/form/rothco-wholesale-internet-account-form-s1

Step 2: Once your dealer account is approved, log in to your Rothco account and navigate to API Portal Settings.

Step 3: Switch to Sandbox Mode, place a test order, and send the Order Confirmation ID to Rothco for approval.

Step 4: After Rothco approves your request, switch to Live Mode and copy your API Token from the portal.

Step 5: Go to your app Settings page, paste the token into the API Token field, and click Save.

If you are unsure about any step, contact Rothco support directly through your dealer account.

How to get Rothco API key? (Legacy / Old)

Note: The old API Key is no longer required. Please use the V2 API Token instead (see above).

How to start auto importing Rothco products to your store?

1. You need to activate the application charge with our 3 days free trial.

2. After active the application charge you will redirect on settings page of Rothco APP interface.

  • Enable the APP

  • Put your Rothco API KEY

3. Then auto syncronizing will be start in few minutes and you would start to see Rothco product on your store in few minutes.

4. You can see the status of product uploading on your store through the chart.

What to if auto product import running slow on your shopify store ?

Rothco product vendor

You can set the own vendor name of rothco products on your store.

Default Vendor: Rothco

Important: You can avoid to update the existing rothco product on your store if you changed the vendor name of existing products.

Rothco product price type

Rothco does provide two type of prices for the product. 1st is MSRP and 2nd is Price

You can select the price type which type of price you want keep for Rothco products.

How to download Excel file for MAP prices from Rothco Account?

1. Click on "Dealer Tool" on rothco account


2. Chose the "Pricing & More" tool option


3. Then click on "Open" button for "2021 Spring Summer Price List" section

Default price for rothco products/variants

You can set the default price for those products and variants which have blank price or price is (.0000) or price is (.9900)

Product price modification

You can modify the price of rothco products to 3 different ways:

  • Keep Same

  • Increase

  • Decrease

1. Keep Same

Nothing to change in price.

2. Increase

If you select price modification : Increase then price will be increase based on given (%) amount.

3. Decrease

If you select Price Calculation : Decrease then price will be decrease based on given (%) amount.

Round Off the Price by (.99)

You can round the products/variants price by (.99)

e.i if price is $15.45 then price would be $15.99

Find and Replace in rothco product title and product description

You can find and replace a set of string in title of product and description
